By submitting any content (e.g., chat messages, feedback), you grant LiveJasmin a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.
LiveJasmin operates on a credit-based system. Credits can be purchased using valid payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit packages at any time.
All models on LiveJasmin are independent contractors who have agreed to our Model Agreement and undergone identity verification. We are not responsible for the actions or statements of models. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, please report it immediately.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiveJasmin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveJasmin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform or sending an email. Your continued use of LiveJasmin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
